Last
year, we took a two-day trip, from the town of Lemmer to Giethoorn.
Just an ordinary weekend trip, but it turned out to be really amazing..
While sailing
in the hot summer sun is nice, winter sailing trips are truly
breath-taking.
During
the winter time, you're
often the only one out there on the water. You hear nothing but birds, hundreds
of birds. You pass through tranquil canals and quiet villages. You
wake up to a view of the sun, rising above misty waters. There is no
mindfulness course in the world that can beat that!
I
could go on and on about how beautiful it was. But sometimes, pictures
say more than words. So I will post some photos here instead...
